VIEWING STATEMENTS

VoiceWing lets you view your Online Billing*. Just click on the My Account icon from any site page to see a detailed breakdown of your bill, including plan fees, taxes and credits.

At this site, you can also:

• Change your 911 Service Address by clicking Change next to the address registered.
• Print out a copy of your online VoiceWing bill.
• Change your Automatic Re-charge amount for your Extra Services Account by clicking Change next to Re-charge Amount.
• Change your credit card payment method by clicking Change next to your credit card.
• Change your VoiceWing calling plan by clicking Change next to the name of your current plan.
• Add or delete an Alternate Telephone Number from your account by clicking the appropriate link.
• Update information about the VoiceWing telephone adapter by clicking the appropriate link.
• Learn how to transfer an existing telephone number for use on your VoiceWing account service.
