THE VOICEWING PERSONAL ACCOUNT MANAGER HOME PAGE

Your VoiceWing Personal Account Manager Home Page is the first page you see after logging in. It’s the control center of your whole system. Everything you want to access is on the Main Menu bar—whether it’s checking Call Logs, reviewing Voice Mail messages or updating your personal information. And each time you log on, it’s automatically refreshed so you get the most updated information available about your account.

PERSONAL ACCOUNT MANAGER FOR VOICEWING MULTILINE

The VoiceWing Personal Account Manager (PAM) for Multiline enables you to manage your lines from one place. Each line will have access to its own PAM, so that each user can set up their preferred calling features. The account owner will have access to an administrator PAM, enabling you to closely manage phone usage.

The Administrator will be able to view all information on both lines simply by clicking on the appropriate tab as shown below. The Administrator also has access to the Feature Manager of the second line and can manage balances in users’s ESA accounts.The administrator will not have access to voicemail or have the ability to make changes to call logs, the address book or schedule call back. The administrator can also add ATNs to all lines and edit the tab name for each line.
