ENHANCED CALL FORWARDING WITH SCHEDULING

Using the Personal Account Manager, you can go online from any computer and arrange to forward your incoming VoiceWing phone calls to any number you wish. You can also choose to forward calls when your VoiceWing phone is busy. What’s more, you can even schedule Call Forwarding for certain times or days.

To set up Call Forwarding from your Personal Account Manager:

  1. Go to the Home Page and click on the Call Forwarding link under the “Feature Manager” section.
  2. This link will take you to the “Feature Manager” page and to the “Call Forwarding” section where you can select the option you prefer.
  3. Select a number from the drop-down box or click on Manage Numbers to establish destination numbers or manage them.
  4. Once your destination numbers have been established and stored, click on the button for the Call Forwarding option of your choice. You can come back at any time to add or delete destination numbers by following the instructions under the Manage Numbers link.
  5. Finally, click on the Turn ON/OFF button to start/stop forwarding calls. Or click on the Schedule Call Forwarding button to arrange a day and time for forwarding to begin.

When selecting Schedule Call Forwarding, a new page will appear that will provide simple steps to select a Date, Start Time and End Time.

Once all the information for the Scheduled Call Forwarding is captured, click the Activate button at the bottom of the page.

NOTE : Call Forwarding is a dual feature with VoiceWing. Therefore, when selecting any Call Forwarding options on your Personal Account Manager, you will automatically change any Call Forwarding settings previously set directly on your VoiceWing phone and vice versa. The Always forward my calls option will always override any other forwarding choice.
