CALL LOG
The VoiceWing Personal Account Manager Home Page includes a snapshot of your most recent Call Log activity, which allows you to view all of your most recent calls—Missed, Incoming and Outgoing calls. Log on to your Personal Account Manager to see your call activity on the Call Log.
View All Calls to go to a secondary page with a comprehensive list of all calls in that billing cycle. Each listing has the caller’s name, number, location, date, time and duration of the call. With missed calls, you’ll know at a glance who called and hung up without leaving a Voice Mail message. No more guessing who the call was from.
Each number in your Call Log is a hyperlink, which means you can click on it to instantly dial the number. (See the Click-to-Dial section.) Also, you can easily add any number in your Call Log to your Personal Address Book by clicking on the drop-down menu next to the caller’s name.
To check your Call Log activity:
- Go to the Personal Account Manager Home Page and view recent Missed, Incoming or Outgoing calls tabs.
- To view calls by billing cycle, click on the View All Calls link.
