PERMANENT CALLER ID BLOCK

If you’d prefer to block your Caller ID information every time you make an outbound call, then you should use Permanent Caller ID Block, instead of * 67 . Once you set up Permanent Caller ID Block, all of your calls are anonymous until you disable the feature. If you would like to show your Caller ID information on a particular call, dial * 82 prior to making a call. This function will allow your Caller ID information to be displayed while Permanent Caller ID Block is on.

To set up Permanent Caller ID Block:

  1. Go to your Personal Account Manager and select the Feature Manager icon or link.
  2. Select the Permanent Caller ID Block feature and simply click ON or OFF.
