VOICE MAIL

Now you can have access to Voice Mail whenever you have access to a computer. Because from any computer, you can go to the VoiceWing Personal Account Manager and just click on the “New Voice Mail” link on the Home Page to view and play your Voice Mail messages. And that’s not all. You can enter an e-mail address to receive instant notification when a new Voice Mail message has been left for you, and see the date and time the message was received. Store messages for up to 14 days, or delete them.

To check Voice Mail messages:

  1. Click on the New Voice Mail link on the Home Page.
  2. A secondary page will open to a log of all your new and saved Voice Mail messages. This log will include the number of the caller, where the caller is calling from, duration of the message, and the date and time the Voice Mail message was left. It will even display the name of the caller if the caller is listed in the Address Book.
  3. To listen to a WAV file of the actual message from your Personal Computer, you can simply click on the Envelope icon next to the message you want to hear.
  4. An audio player window will appear and your message will play automatically. You will also have the option to Stop or Pause your message.
  5. If you cannot play a Voice Mail message, you can download Windows Media® Player by clicking on the Here link in the Voice Mail player window.

To store Voice Mail messages:

Every message will automatically be saved for 14 days, unless it is deleted. However, you can choose to store and download the message to your hard drive after listening to it, by clicking on the Download button in the VoiceMail Player window.
