ALTERNATE TELEPHONE NUMBERS

You can choose an Alternate Telephone Number (up to five per line) for your primary VoiceWing account that will be routed directly to your primary VoiceWing number. For example, you can choose an alternate number in a local area code, so family and friends in that area code can call you directly using a local number, instead of placing a long distance call. There’s a small monthly charge for each Alternate Telephone Number.

Here’s how to add new Alternate Telephone Numbers:

1. Go to your Personal Account Manager and select the My Account icon or link.
2. Click on the Add an Alternate Telephone Number link in the bottom right-hand side of the My Account Overview page.
3. Follow the prompts and make your selections on the Alternate Telephone Number page. Select a state, select a city and then select an area code from the list of available area codes.
4. Click on the Get Number button.
5. Momentarily, your new Alternate Telephone Number will be displayed on your Personal Account Manager.

You can also add and delete existing Alternate Numbers at any time. Just click on Add/Delete Alternate Numbers in the MyAccount section.
