EXTRA SERVICES ACCOUNT FOR VOICEWING

The Extra Services Account works similar to a pre-paid debit account and is used to cover charges not included in your monthly fee, such as international calls and directory assistance. Using a credit card, the account Administrator deposits funds in the account (each line has its own separate ESA account). Charges are automatically deducted as services are used. When the account balance reaches $0, the account is replenished with a charge to your credit card for $20, or whatever replenishment amount the Administrator chooses.

There are 3 replenishment options:

1. Auto-Replenish works by replenishing the second line out of any funds available in the Administrator’s account. If no funds are available, the line will not be replenished.
2. Auto-Replenish to Credit Card replenishes individual lines by first drawing off the Administrator’s account until the available funds are exhausted, and only then charging the credit card for the selected replenishment amount.
3. Manual Replenish gives the Administrator complete control to deposit funds into each line’s account as often as he chooses. Each line’s ESA must be manually replenished every time.
